Integrated Definition: Anger Management via NLP, Hypnotherapy, and Reiki Healing
The practice of using NLP, Hypnotherapy, and Reiki Healing combined to manage anger is a practical approach that seeks to redefine, reprogram, and harmonize energy to control anger. This is ambition which goes beyond anger and rage, by focusing on three aspects: mental, emotional, and energetic, this in turn enables one to focus on the source of the anger and to make a change, while creating a state of calm in oneself.
More Detailed Plan with Illustrations
Phase 1: Anger Sources Identification & Completing the Picture
Objective : Understand the reasons that cause and can help assuage anger.
Approach:
Information and an investigation were used to get the answers to the questions ‘What triggers their anger?, What are their most common beliefs and Selected statements?’
Understanding the core feeling or memory that may function as the emotion or picture would be the reason to soothe them.
Reiki will be used to assess energy levels and how they are balanced (such as relating to the solar plexus and heart).
Example:
If a patient has stated that they are angered mostly in a work environment, and through NLP they come up with the self nurturing statement which goes, “Only when I am a mess, then I am appreciated” Hypnotherapy will help in seeing the memories of scolding for small errors while being a child. Reiki will then explore emotions connected with tension around the solar plexus chakra – the site that encapsulates inner strength and faith.
Phase 2: Beliefs Construction (NLP)
Objective: Deficits present in a person’s memory that escalate negative beliefs forcing them into a cycle of rage.
Key Techniques:
Challenging the experience which caused worry and rage so lead to the memory of being angry instead.
–Scenario 1: A customer annoyed about other co-workers missing deadlines realizes that this is an engagement issue that must be worked on with other team members.
Concentration: Imagine something as simple as pressing your fingers together so that when required, you have a tranquil state quickly.
-Scenario 2: In the midst of an annoying call, the customer reports that she used the anchor to support her.
Reversal: Change the picture of being angry to that of being level headed and composed.
-Scenario 3: Substitute an image of shouting with a picture of seasoned, polite conversation.
Phase 3: Subconscious Reprogramming. (Hypnotherapy)
Purpose: To fix any past emotions that have not been addressed and alter the subconscious to ensure a more impactful behavior for the patients.
Key Techniques:
Regression therapy: Understanding the past events that most likely continue to create a grudge.
-Scenario 1: A person who is angry at the boss remembers one parent who always told them what to do. In regression, they let go of the anger they have built up inside.
Suggestion therapy: Encourage positive mantras about oneself in order to eliminate anger issues.
-Scenario 2: “Even when dealing with difficult people, I remain composed”.
Emotional relief: Provide a safe opportunity for suppressed anger to come out during a trance.
-Scenario 3: The client pictured herself in a dark hole screaming whereas no sound came out to the public and there was no one around.
Phase 4: Reiki Healing
Purpose: To make the flow of energy free, remove any barriers and help the person to stay calm.
Key Techniques:
Chakra Balancing: The solar plexus (control anger), heart (kindness), and throat chakra (communication).
A typical outcome of a Reiki session is that the client becomes relaxed, and has a lighter heart, and is less reactive.
Aura Cleansing: lets go of stagnant energy which causes bouts of irritability.
Reiki Symbols and Intention: Gain support from the Sei He Ki symbol for the emotional release of the client.
Phase 5 : Behavioral Integration
Goal: To help clients maintain their emotions on an even keel in their everyday life.
Method:
Make use of dozens of approaches for a well rounded approach in a particular day:
Early Morning NLP affirmations: All circumstances present choices, in which I choose calmness and clarity.
Self hypnosis after lunch that reiterates good beliefs with fixed templates.
Self Reiki healing in the evening that releases energetic load accumulated through out the day.
Sample Plan:
During a fight, a client uses deep breathing and an NLP anchor. After the fight, the client uses a self hypnosis script to help them end and resolve fights in a calm manner and rounds off the day with reiki for emotional peace.
Detailed Example: Client Journey
Case Study:
Problem: 35-year-old client admits to being aggressive towards his wife during even small disagreements.
Unified Approach:
Phase 1 (Diagnosis):
For NLP, any friend could explain how their parents did not let them speak. Hence, the only way to put them on mute was to show rage.
Parents ignored clients showing calm behavior due to childhood trauma, stated hypnotherapy.
In terms of reiki imbalances, there was an overactive throat chakra which is responsible for expression, and a heart chakra that is responsible for showing empathy.
Phase 2 (NLP):
Reframe: “I feel better and am more respected as a result of the calmness I try to express.”
Anchor: Client links a calming wrist touch trigger for herself.
Phase 3 (Hypnotherapy):
Regression: Let go of a childhood memory of being topical neglect, replace it by an imagery to strengthen self.
Suggestion: “I feel I am appreciated and listened to when the voice is composed.”
Phase 4 (Reiki):
Throat chakra is enabled for respectful and healthy conversation.
Periodic sessions relieve anger and provide emotional om in a normal sense.
Phase 5 (Integration):
Client reports using positive affirmations, self hypnosis and Reiki each day.
They say that after 8 weeks, their sessions with their spouse have become more pleasant and communicative and the relationship is now getting stronger.
